Greg Hartline has extensive knowledge of the available inventory and the current market trends throughout the Las Vegas Valley.  He has been immersed in this marketplace for more than 11 years.

Greg is currently a Corporate Broker and Property Manager with National Properties, LLC. He became a Realtor® in 1995 after a distinguished career as a solo musical performer and a college music professor. Greg holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, he is proud to be among the approximately 6% of all commercial Realtors ® nationwide to have earned the highly coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI).

He is the former broker and owner of National Realty & Investment, one of Nevada’s ten largest real estate firms with approximately 350 agents working under his license. In addition to more than a decade brokering thousands of residential transactions, Greg also has extensive knowledge of the ever changing Las Vegas commercial real estate industry. He belongs to the Commercial Alliance of Las Vegas and the Commercial Marketing Group of Las Vegas, where he is a member of the Board of Directors. Additionally, Greg has successfully managed hundreds of properties and frequently is called upon to share his expertise regarding the Las Vegas commercial Leasing market. He is a long time member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors® Property Management Committee.
